INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 chicken breast fillets
- 3 tbs soy sauce

- 1-2 tsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 dash ground cayenne pepper
- 1 pack of bacon
Glögg-chicken
DESCRIPTION
The housemate of a friend brought this Swedish Christmas dish back when she went there for a while. I haven’t yet made this, but I’ve been promised it’s good.
If you live somewhere near an Ikea, you can probably get actual glögg, but since I live several thousand kilometers from an Ikea, I’ll use gluhwein.
PREPARATION
Cut the chicken fillet into strips
Mix all the ingredients into a marinade, soak for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight
Wrap chicken strips in bacon and cook in an oven on a grill rack at 250°C for 20-25 minutes.
